Brief Introduction: 2019 International Symposium on Intelligent Fashion Design and Wearable technology (ISIFW 2019) will hosted by School of Textiles and clothing at Jiangnan University. The aim of the symposium is to provide a platform to exchange research and innovation results, lessons learned from industrial practices associated with new paradigms and technologies. As the first in its series, ISIFW 2019 emphasizes current practice, experience and promising new ideas in the broad area of intelligent fashion design and smart wearable technologies. We are inviting industrial experts, researchers, and academics to generously share their ideas and experience on, but not limited to, the following topics: 1 New marketing strategies of fashion industry driven by Internet plus; 2 Intelligent fashion manufacturing and supply chain management; 3  Artificial intelligence applied to fashion design in the big data era; 4 Intelligent wearable systems.
