Conference Theme: International Conference on the Establishment of “Belt and Road” University Alliance for Food Science and Education

Brief Introduction:

With a mission for the innovation and development of Food Science, Jiangnan University takes the initiative to establish “Belt Road” University Alliance for Food Science and Education (“Alliance”). This is the first general meeting of the Alliance for its establishment and future planning. The Alliance will serve as a platform of international collaboration and synergistic innovation and work for economic development and talent training in the partner countries and regions. We will discuss and research on global issues in Food Science and Technology, and attempt to provide answers to significant questions within the food industry. We believe, with joint effort, the Alliance will be build into a world-class organization with great social impact.
