Brief Introduction:
The 2nd International Symposium of Innovation on Dairy Ingredients and Products (IDIP2019) will be hosted by Jiangnan University in Wuxi from May 22 to 24, 2019. More than 15 foreign dairy experts and scholars from USA, Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, Ireland, academic researchers from more than 10 domestic universities and research institutions, including China CDC Nutrition, Peking University, Zhejiang University, Jilin University, as well as over 50 company representatives from U.S. Dairy Export Council, Standard Food and so on will attend this symposium.The symposium, relying on International Laboratory of Milk Protein Functional Ingredients of Jiangnan University, aims to address the latest technologies and developments surrounding dairy ingredients and their applications and to explore the research frontiers of dairy science and to strengthen the exchange and cooperation of experts and scholars in the field of dairy research. Scholars and experts all over the world will be invited to Jiangnan University. During the two-day symposium, a total of more than 15 oral academic reports will be arranged. The participants focused on various important directions in the field of dairy products. We believe that this symposium will serve as a platform for experts from academia, the dairy and food industry, and enable the interactive exchange of information on the scientific progress and industrial applications.
